Demonstrated expertise in global payroll, including experience managing payroll across multiple countries and currencies, is essential. Strong understanding of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, particularly France, is required. Experience with payroll systems and automation tools is also necessary.
The Payroll Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in payroll delivery for employees across multiple regions. They will lead and manage a team of payroll specialists, providing direction and support, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to align data and transactions. The role involves developing and implementing payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance, as well as streamlining payroll systems and implementing best practices to support Deel’s continued growth.
